But the Suriya Shruti Haasan-starrer will feature a special song on medicine
It might be just a background song, but it's touted to be one of the highlights of the film. The latest we hear about the much-anticipated 7am Arivu, starring Suriya and Shruti Haasan in lead roles, is that it will feature a special song on the medicinal paradise that Tamil Nadu was in ancient times!
The number, titled Innum Enna Thozha..., is said to be a celebration of the sciences that were present in the customs prevalent in ancient India. Says a source, "It'll run in the background, but the lyrics and music have been done with special care, so that it throws light on the richness of our culture." In fact, Harris Jayaraj - the music composer of the film - recently tweeted that he was busy with the final mix for the film and that he "would like to dedicate the song Innum Enna Thoza... to all the people of Tamil Ezham."
Meanwhile, we learn from reliable sources that contrary to media reports, the subject of A R Murugadoss' 7am Arivu is not based on a time machine. "It will shift from present to past," says a source, "But there's no time machine involved in the story." While the leading lady of the film Shruti Haasan plays a scientist, it is said that Suriya will play two roles - one, a circus artist and the other, a monk.
