On losing out to Kajal Agarawal in Suriya’s Maatraan:
“I was told that there were three girls who were considered for the role, including me and Kajal. I also spoke to K.V. Aanad sir once. Later, I found that I topped the priority list. I don’t know what happened after that. Now I have learnt that Kajal is doing the role. This is a common occurrence in the film industry. Also, wasn’t chucked out by Kajal, nor did I cry at losing the chance. In fact, they even wrote that I took an advance and returned it, which is absolutely untrue."
“I am really cool about the whole thing. It’s not as though Suriya is going to stop acting tomorrow, nor am I. So, if not today, I may team up with him in the future.”
About Suriya, her favourite hero:
“He is so hot! After seeing him in Ghajini and Rakth Charitra, he is the dream man of any North Indian girl. After Rajinikanth, Suriya is the most happening actor in the North.”
